Commercial properties take a beating. Dirt, algae, exhaust residue, and general grime build up on exterior surfaces faster than most people realize - and it shows. When a building looks worn down, it affects how tenants, visitors, and clients perceive the whole operation.
We were back at a SUNO building to handle a full exterior wash on the building facade plus a thorough concrete cleaning across the surrounding grounds. Two different surfaces, two different approaches - and both needed attention.
On the building side, one of our guys worked from a ladder to hit the upper panels with a high-pressure rinse, knocking loose the buildup that collects on commercial cladding over time. The detailed tile work on that facade has a lot of surface area to trap grime, so getting the angle right matters. On the concrete side, we ran a surface cleaner across the walkways and drive areas to pull up the embedded dirt that a standard rinse just won't touch.
That's really what commercial washing is about - working the whole property, not just the easy parts. A clean building with dingy concrete still looks neglected. We treat the full picture, because that's what actually moves the needle on how a property presents itself.
Whether it's a campus building, an office complex, or any other commercial property, consistent exterior maintenance protects the surfaces and keeps the place looking like it's taken care of. That standard of care is what we bring every time we show up.
